Communication and Conflict Management Training
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency required a soft-skills training program to increase communications and conflict management skills among executives and administrators.
TDP designed and implemented three courses and created a single, consolidated version of the three courses. The instructor-led courses focused on topics related to the client’s subject matter and were presented over a four-day period with written and verbal exercises.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement leadership program was successfully enhanced with critical soft-skills training for managers.
