With a highly respected and experienced meeting planning team, we are able to capitalize on our long-standing relationships with major hotel networks across the county to negotiate not only the best pricing, but also the required amenities to support client course offerings. All venues meet or exceed required Life Safety Code and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) specifications. We leverage reservation volume to negotiate for favorable meeting packages that may include complimentary Internet services, comp-sleeping rooms, and other amenities available in the hotel industry. Additionally, we support participant registration by maintaining a secure website that includes a link to the hotel for registration. This website provides ongoing updates to reflect the current client needs.
