TDP was founded in 2002 by its CEO and owner, Carolyn E. Walker. The company began as a consulting firm specializing in providing high-level solutions for training design and development. Client demand quickly grew, requiring TDP to expand beyond consulting services into becoming a full service provider of customized training, development services, and program management.
